Driver's Licence & Age Limits ;
For all groups minimum age requirement is 22 with at least one year of valid national or international driving licence.

Rental Period ;
Rental Periods are calculated on a 24 hour basis.

Additional Driver ;
In order to have additional person drive the car along with the original renter, the details of their driving licence(s) must be registered in the rental agreement at the time of issuing contract. Otherwise all insurance coverage become void and both the renter and the additional driver will be held fully responsible legally and financially for any and all damages and losses to Carrentalfethiye.com's property as well as to third parties.

Delivery & Pick-up ;
Free delivery and pick-up service is available within city borders during office working hours. Service fee is charged for delivery and pick-up to and from places no Carrentalfethiye.com & its partner's office exists. For service fee and further details, contact us.

Delayed Return ;
If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full day rental rate is charged e.g. the applicable rate.

Insurance ;
It is a must that the renter are fully insured by the way law orders and to make insurance offers according to the customers requirements. There are two types of protection insurances offered by us. The first type is the mandatory insurance, applied by the government rules that is THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE and the second type is the voluntary insurance and waivers which are the COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW). This means your liability for damage caused to the rental vehicle is relinquished if it is involved in a collision. The waiver is limited to a certain amount and often excludes glass (windows etc.), tyres and any towing. The waiver usually carries an excess/deductible of a certain amount; this means that the renter will be liable for a certain amount e.g. In Turkey the amount starts from 250 GBP. Every country has a minimum amount of insurance needed for someone to be permitted to drive. This covers the renter’s liability for any damage caused to other people and⁄or other people’s property. It is usually limited and there may be excess i.e. you may be liable for any amount over and above the value of the insurance.Third Party Insurance & Theft Protection are including in our rates.
Important : In case of any accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the place of accident and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarme station in order to have the insurance of Collision Damage Waiver remain valid and call us. Otherwise CDW is considered void.

Traffic Fines ;
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that incur during the rental period are charged to the renter.

Reservation ;
You can fill-out our "Booking Form" as a request and we reply it within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy ;
Cancellation should be informed us at least 48 hours before pick-up date. Uninformed cancellation will be treated as a "No Show" and one day rental rate will be charged from your credit card.

Payment ;
The total cost of the rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car by cash or by a major credit card (Visa or Master).

Deposit ;
One blank credit card slip will be taken at the time of issuing contract as a deposit (for extend day, gasoline differences..etc) and we will give you back at the end of the rental.

* Baby Seat is available with a notice prior to 72 hours.
